Dear Friends,
Many of you have shared your deep desire to support our brothers and sisters in Israel—even if you’re unable to be there in person.
We’re honored to share that, G-d willing, Rabbi Chaim and Chayala Markovits will be traveling to Israel next week on behalf of the Rural Georgia Jewish community, bringing your love and support directly to those affected by the war.
During this meaningful mission, we will be:
- 💙 Visiting wounded soldiers
- 💡 Supporting their families
- 🕊 Uplifting orphans and widows
- 🌟 Bringing strength, comfort, and hope to those in crisis

Together as a community, we are coming together around two powerful acts of kindness:
📱 1. Donate 10 iPads – $350 each
To be gifted to IDF soldiers and civilians who are currently bedridden due to injuries. These iPads will allow them to stay connected with loved ones and provide a comforting distraction during recovery.
🔥 2. Host a BBQ for IDF Soldiers – $3,000 Total
We’re organizing a morale-boosting BBQ for soldiers currently fighting in Gaza. A warm, delicious meal during their break from the front lines is a small but heartfelt gesture of love and appreciation.
